Attorney Christopher Cotter was a featured speaker at the Fall 2018 USLAW Conference. The Conference took place September 6-8, 2018 at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and hosted more than 1,000 leaders from various industries and the law throughout the US and abroad.
Mr. Cotter presented alongside J. Michael Kunsch of Sweeney & Sheehan, PC and Becky DuMonthier of Kohler Co. on the mounting complexities facing product manufacturers and suppliers in an international market, with a particular emphasis on the ever-evolving product liability, indemnity, and insurance ramifications of globalization. This presentation was part of an educational track targeted toward large manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, insurers, and other entities that face large claims exposures and navigate complex business relationships both domestically and abroad.
Mr. Cotter is a member of the firm’s Product Liability Department and also maintains a leadership position within USLAW’s Complex Tort and Product Liability Practice Group.
