Christopher Cotter is a featured speaker at the Spring 2019 Complex Tort and Product Liability Exchange taking place at the Hilton Columbus Polaris and the Campus of S-E-A, Ltd. in Columbus, Ohio between April 29-30, 2019.
Mr. Cotter will present on the effective use of exemplars and product demonstrations in the courtroom to successfully defend power tool litigation. The presentation will take place at S-E-A’s new campus in Columbus, OH alongside Senior Project Engineer Brian Boggess, and will involve live product demonstrations in a “behind the curtain” environment. The conference and educational presentations will be attended by hundreds of product manufacturers, insurers, and leading product liability attorneys from throughout the country.
Mr. Cotter is a member of the firm’s Product Liability Department and also maintains a leadership position within USLAW’s Complex Tort and Product Liability Practice Group.
