Joshua Willis, Associate

Joshua Willis, originally from the Washington, D.C. Metro area, is a civil litigation attorney. Joshua is licensed to practice law in both Maryland and California. His practice focuses on commercial automobile liability, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, and personal injury. Joshua takes a disciplined and analytical approach to his work, emphasizing precision, strategic thinking, and efficiency in resolving complex matters.

Before beginning his legal career, Joshua earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Mandarin from Butler University. In addition to his academic achievements, Joshua was an All-Conference Division I football player at Butler University and was a participant in the 2018 College Gridiron Showcase following his senior season.

Joshua went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, he served as a member of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. In addition to his interest in international affairs and Chinese studies, Joshua was selected after his first year of law school for a summer internship in Shanghai with NIO, a leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer—becoming the first American ever to hold that position.

Outside of his practice, Joshua enjoys biking, cooking, and exploring the outdoors in California.
