Barry’s trial experience is unmatched by all but a handful of California attorneys. Over his 40 plus years of experience, he has tried nearly every type of case, including first amendment, Americans with Disabilities (ADA), trucking, medical, dental, pharmacy and chiropractic malpractice, product liability, premises and construction negligence, real property and insurance claims. Cases involving catastrophic and other damages have ranged from brain damage, death, and dismemberment to long term toxic exposure and punitive damages. He has tried in excess of 170 jury trials in his career in every county in Central and Southern California and many in Northern California.

Sean Burnett is a partner at Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP. Sean matches his significant trial experience in both state and federal court with a unique ability to achieve favorable settlements at an early stage. His practice includes all aspects of civil litigation in areas including premises liability, transportation, real estate and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation and compliance. Sean also devotes a significant portion of his practice to transactional matters including drafting and analyzing leases and construction contracts.

Ashley Dorris Egerer is a partner at Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP. She practices civil litigation with a focus on premises liability and employment law. Ashley’s employment law practice is particularly multi-faceted and ranges from pre-litigation counseling for HR directors and general counsel to representing employers in defamation, harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination actions as well as wage and hour claims. She represents her clients before the Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and is licensed to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.

After graduating from Redlands High School, Jeff attended UCLA and earned his B.A in Political Science. Jeff obtained his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he graduated with First Honors in both International Protection of Human Rights and the rigorous Civil Rights Litigation Seminar. At Loyola, Jeff served on the editorial board of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and participated on the LAWASIA International Moot Court Team. During law school, Jeff also attended the Cornell University Paris Summer Institute, co-sponsored by the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Christopher Cotter is a trial lawyer focusing on transportation, product liability, construction and premises liability claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Chris counsels both insurers and policyholders in the interpretation of insurance coverage issues and in the litigation and resolution of insurance coverage disputes. Chris also advises businesses and contractors in complex contract negotiations, with extensive experience drafting construction contracts, vendor agreements, bylaws, CC&Rs, and commercial contracts.

Jessica is a litigation attorney, experienced in advocating for her clients pre-suit through trial.  Her practice is largely shared between retail/premises liability and employment law.  Jessica prides herself on working with her clients to understand their values and proactively move the case toward the desired result.

Megan was born and raised in Carpinteria. After attending Carpinteria High School, she graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego. She received her law degree from the University of California, Davis in 2018.  In law school, she received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. Outside the classroom, she represented victims of domestic violence as a member of the Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic. She also participated in the Civil Rights Clinic where she represented a prisoner in a successful appeal of his civil rights action by drafting briefs and arguing in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  In recognition of the quality of her legal representation, she received the 2018 Clinical Recognition Award.

Stacey is a civil litigator with a focus on transportation, premises liability, and product liability cases. She obtained her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and is licensed in both California and New York. With a meticulous approach, Stacey handles all aspects of a case from pre-suit to trial, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed. She is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and crafting tailored solutions to achieve a favorable outcome in each case. In her free time, Stacey enjoys being active in beautiful Santa Barbara, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Evan is a litigation attorney focused on transportation, premises liability, and general liability matters. In addition to his core focus areas, Evan has experience in commercial litigation, handling breach of contract claims, corporate dissolutions, and related business disputes. Evan is well-versed in all phases of litigation—from pre-trial strategy and discovery to settlement negotiations and trial advocacy. He approaches each case with attention to detail, identifying critical issues and crafting tailored legal strategies that serve the client’s best interests.

Nicolette is a litigation attorney bringing over 8 years of experience to her legal practice. She is dedicated and efficient in handling her clients' cases. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, she went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego before obtaining her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in New York City. When not practicing law, Nicolette enjoys riding her Peloton bike, walking her two dogs, and soaking up the beauty of her hometown of Santa Barbara. She appreciates the simple pleasures in life and aims to provide thoughtful, client-centered legal services.

Raised in Santa Barbara, Mayra graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Barbara, after attending Dos Pueblos High School. Mayra is a civil litigator with experience handling complex and high exposure matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and construction defect cases. She has experience across all stages of litigation, ensuring effective representation at every phase.

Daniel is a southern California native from Agoura Hills. He is a cum laude honors graduate in political science from California State University, Northridge, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2021 from the Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in Contracts. Daniel was also a member of the Trial Team where they participated in several nationwide competitions. While in law school, Daniel had summer clerkships at a Los Angeles based insurance coverage firm and the Ventura County Public Defender’s office. After graduating, he began his legal career at a prominent Los Angeles personal injury firm, where he gained extensive experience in cases involving catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith.
