Snyder Law Plays Santa

In the course of the firm’s work with major trucking and other transportation clients, we often deal with drivers and other employees who have left the company for one reason or another. This, of course, frequently makes it more difficult to communicate with and defend those individuals. The firm learned that one of its client drivers for a national truck carrier had end-stage kidney disease and living alone on meager disability payments. In an effort to assure that his life was affected as minimally as possible, the firm began made arrangements for a videotaped deposition at his home to perpetuate his testimony. That would avoid any further impact on his life, especially if the case proceeded to trial.

He expressed embarrassment that his house was poorly kept, the carpets were dirty and also let it slip that he had no heating fuel for his home in Oregon. We care not only for our corporate clients but just as much for their employees and former employees
