Barry Snyder Speaks at TIDA Conference

9 Dec 2010 – At the annual TIDA (Trucking Industry Defense Association) conference, held in Orlando, Florida this month, Barry Snyder was one of three featured speakers to follow the Keynote Speaker, former Kansas Governor, Bill Graves. Barry’s presentation, entitled “Is the Pendulum Swinging Back?” covered a number of very current issues, including post-trial reduction of medical bill awards, the new California Expedited Jury Trial Act, Social networking information and its use at trial, and jury bias against plaintiffs who do not speak English. The audience of over 750 members of the bar and claims industry enthusiastically received Barry’s presentation.
