Sean Burnett is a partner at Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP. Sean matches his significant trial experience in both state and federal court with a unique ability to achieve favorable settlements at an early stage. His practice includes all aspects of civil litigation in areas including premises liability, transportation, real estate and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation and compliance. Sean also devotes a significant portion of his practice to transactional matters including drafting and analyzing leases and construction contracts.
Sean is very involved in USLAW and is currently Chair of the Retail and Hospitality Practice Group. Sean was also named Target Corporation’s “Bullseye Barrister” in the Fall of 2018. This distinction is bestowed on only one of Target’s nationwide panel of attorneys each quarter and Sean was awarded this distinction because of the outstanding results he has achieved for Target.
Sean is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the United States Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit. He has also successfully argued cases before the California Court of Appeal.
Sean earned his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
