Daniel Park, Associate

Daniel is a southern California native from Agoura Hills. He is a cum laude honors graduate in political science from California State University, Northridge, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2021 from the Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in Contracts. Daniel was also a member of the Trial Team where they participated in several nationwide competitions.

While in law school, Daniel had summer clerkships at a Los Angeles based insurance coverage firm and the Ventura County Public Defender’s office. After graduating, he began his legal career at a prominent Los Angeles personal injury firm, where he gained extensive experience in cases involving catastrophic personal injury and insurance bad faith. This training gave him valuable insight into the plaintiffs’ bar and their tactics regarding discovery, law and motion, settlement, and trial preparation. Daniel’s current practice includes all areas of civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, transportation and premises liability, real estate disputes, and insurance coverage matters.

Daniel is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. While in high school, Daniel lettered in varsity basketball and volleyball. In his free time, Daniel can often be found at Haskell’s beach, or enjoying other parts of Santa Barbara with his wife, Danielle.
