Ashley Dorris Egerer is a partner at Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP. She practices civil litigation with a focus on premises liability and employment law.
Ashley’s employment law practice is particularly multi-faceted and ranges from pre-litigation counseling for HR directors and general counsel to representing employers in defamation, harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination actions as well as wage and hour claims. She represents her clients before the Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and is licensed to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
Ashley is a past Director of USLAW NETWORKS’s Board of Directors and is a former chair of the USLAW NETWORK Women’s Connection practice group. She is also active in her community, volunteering her time as an advisor and mentor to women at the University of California-Santa Barbara.
Ashley is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University.
